Her areas of expertise include using a systematic approach to meeting organizational goals by identifying and closing human performance gaps, yielding the infrastructure for an organization to move into results and performance-orientation that are transformational in nature. She is an expert in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of people development programs, including a humble approach to leadership development, technical training, compliance and safety training programs.
Meghan is from the Maryland-area, holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Salisbury University and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Towson University. She has more than ten years of experience working with entry-level and senior employees, as well as first-level and senior management. Her intent is to find and nurture the “seeds of greatness” in each person, thus encourage personal and professional growth.
In addition to the passions mentioned above, Meghan leads a Monday 6:00 AM Spin (indoor cycling) community at a local gym where she resides in Baltimore County. With a contagious passion for life and positive energy, some additional heart-holders include her husband, her dog, and service within her church community.
